Nutrition
During the initial consultation an extensive case history is taken and
nutritional assessment made with a 5-7 day food diary. Recommendations
are then discussed and implemented. Initial consultations normally
last for 90 minutes.
Initial consultation fee £75.
Subsequent consultations are sometimes
required to monitor and assess the client’s progress. These consultations
take up to 45 minutes.
Subsequent consultations fee £50.
Bodywork
During the initial consultation a short case history is taken and an
assessment made. Bodywork treatments take 60 minutes.
Bodywork fee £40.
